shop=vegetable market ? Maybe shop=greengrocer was intended? Or multiple such objects? If they truly sell solely only vegetables then maybe extra tag like greengroce=vegetable would be better? If they sell also fruits then shop=greengrocer is definitely better.

But maybe another shop tag would fit better?
