Added Silver Crest trail to Palomar Mountain State Park. It was there previously but appears to be missing now.

Adjusted Scott's Cabin Trail to match GPS track since it was very wrong

Deleted use trail from map that is no longer there. Trail restoration has been done to reroute trail including wooden fences to keep folks off old old use trail. Old use trail is now overgrown.

Deleted portion of Lightning Ridge Trail that no longer exists. Although it shows up in National Forest and USGS maps, there is no trail here.
