This is a informal patch of road that allows people to turn out of Section Public Rd into South Van Ave. It is necessary for legally exiting Section Public Rd, but does not carry a name.

There is a parking lot here. Leaving a note to fill in later. No fees listed, gravel surface type.

Is there a road connecting Butterfly Way and Cardinal Drive? The aerial view makes it look like there could be, but I can't tell based off aerial view.
