Updated URL for Der Beck, since the one here was returning a 404 error. The original functionality of the link could not be restored, since the API for their new location finder is based on a weird form post.

Adding one building here via ID

Was erroneously marked (by me!) as speed limit 80, since the link from east has been changed. Went there and verified the link from west which turned out to be still at 60... bugger!
