Hier im Bereich gibt es eine neue Kita der Stadt Köln, Hausnr. 10. Luftbilder sind widersprüchlich, d.h. es wurden Gebäude abgerissen und ein (2?) neues gebaut.

Lt. https://www.stadt-koeln.de/politik-und-verwaltung/presse/bezirksregierung-beanstandet-tempo-10-auf-der-severinstrasse soll die Severinsstraße ab hier Richtung Süden nur für Anlieger befahrbar sein. Genauer Beschildung vor Ort ansehen wäre vor dem Tagging wohl nicht verkehrt.
