On pin we have a construction of a bassin for pluvial. Actualy the spring go to a drain and sewers but probably will go to the bassin too.

slaughterhouse is a part of this building ; not all the area. It's quirky to make all the area a industrial=slughterhouse at same moment of Abattoir make announcement of ending this activity in 2028 ... And also company and public authorities have a master plan to develop commercial and residential in this area over industrial for more than 10 years now ...(exemple here way/1185464102).
way/993055808 and way/263981303 are in industrial the rest is commercial or residential.
