Rue Léon Dekaise : folow up of changeset 173659601 : please do not delete private track, if it's private indicate access= private instead of cuting in half the way !

Boulevard Jamar - Jamarlaan : this part is now a onway living street with bicycle:oneway=no

Boulevard de Waterloo - Waterloolaan : no more possible to access the cycleway from the main road (new barrier installed to prevent pedestrian jaywalking and the facto bicycle shortcuts here)

Rue de la Fusée - Raketstraat : fix mistake by changeset 175480257 : this part is a connection to Decathlon paking , user block all user to use it , + bicycle=use sidepath is more correct than bicycle=no for Léopold III part

Parc de l'Equerre - Winkelhaakpark : reverted changeset 175480172 , by convention footway are not allowed for bicycle or horse, no need to add complicated pile of access tags
