This entire retail center probably isn't called "Yeager Chiropractic". I'm guessing Yeager Chiropractic has an office in here and someone accidentially made it the entire retail center.

There's something off about the way that Sky Harbor has been mapped. The terminals are obviously part of the airport but they've been excluded from the airport relation relation/8367318

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
