This block is under construction with different projects. The front project along 1st street is labeled “Bahama bay” according to the construction signs.

The property behind it appears to be some kind of commercial warehouse space.

Both sides of docks are damaged from hurricane with large chunks of them out of service. The marina is I believe now or soon under new lease and will see improvements as well. This will need to be updated as they make improvements and fix docks.

Additional zoo parking is located here.

The park and boat ramps are under construction and refurbishment after the last major hurricane. Needs to be updated once completed.
