Currently it is mapped so that you can not drive from east part of the road to the west part of the road, if it is correct then you mapped it right.

Even if one part of road is narrower and one end of this section has no -entry sign, it still does not make it a oneway street. It will make it a narrow street you can enter from one direction only. It does not make it a street where you can not drive both directions (you may turn around in the middle of street if you have a smart or some other short car).

As this is not a oneway street than tagging even a small part of road as oneway only confuses other mappers.

Looking at bing aerials it seems to be very well mapped. There seems to be no area with tags on it to explain what it is, although tags on communication towers give enough idea what it should be.

Note: There seems to be some landuse areas impored (source=iCube) that have layer tags on them. This is wrong and should be corrected!

But what about areas that have been cleaned up already? Mapping them twice will give probably a bad feeling for the ones who have cleaned this area.

It does not need a little love but it does need a lot of love. Currently it looks more like a maze than a map.
If someone has time to make a cake on Mapcraft http://mapcraft.nanodesu.ru/ (and time to maintain it) then after posting it to talk list i guess this gets fixed in day or two.
Doing it without organizing mappers means that a lot of mappers get conflicts while editing the area.

Using Area around power generators is not a good idea. You can add all power generators to a relation and add tags to a relation (name, operator, source, wikipedia, power rating, etc.) Although I don't know what type to use for this kind of relation osm.wiki/Relation .
