What is the name of this road / roads or is this a service road?

Is the speed limit really only 35 mph on this section of MA 57?

A private community exists beginning at the intersection of Beetle Road and The Meadow and ending at the intersection of Beetle Rd and Hartland Rd, Tolland, MA. All roads are private (not town owned) with a strict fifteen mile per hour speed limit. Those roads SHOULD not be utilized in driving directions between Hartland Rd and Colebrook River Road ie. through traffic. Please add 15 mph if possible.
Tolland is shown as Tolland Center, which is not the name of the town, it is simply Tolland.

This road ends in a cul-de-sac

Rivers Rd, Simsbury, CT is two way from end to end. Repeat, it is not one way. I was just on it March 27. I’m new to open street and do not know for sure how to correct. Google maps clearly shows this.

Cananyone confirm this and fix it please.

Sunny Lane and Pfeffer Lane in Torrington, CT are labeled incorrectly. Pfeffer Lane is off East Main Street and continues to the left at the fork. Sunny Lane is East of Pfeffer Lane.
