Fix High/Botany connection, fix right turn allowed from hospital exit to Clara St northbound/High St eastbound.

Add road in both directions along High St, fix footpaths, light rail alignment and turn restrictions.

Add road configuration changes around Devonshire St due to light rail.

Southern end section of Riley St is two way.
