You don't get to decide what name it is usually referred to as in other languages, unless you can find evidence for it in that language. не согласен что вы перерисовали желтые линии с публичной кадастровой карты
почему игнорируете что очень часто желтая линия границ кадастровых зон отличаеться от приватизации земельных участков
Границу нужно рисовать по приватизации участков , она есть реальное отображение к какой административно территориальной единице принадлежжит территория а также показывает в дангом случае более точные границы
