I have checked the area against aerial imagery, and it looks being mapped correctly. The river has a considerable, and therefore mappable, width (e.g. 13 m or 43 feet). This was done here, using multipolygons to represent the woods in the park area and an island in the river.  

It is tagged water=river, which is the modern version to do so. You might have a different concept what a riverbank is, in OSM it just means the area that is filled with water from the river. 

Please do not remove any water polygons other mappers have drawn. This is not just a ditch.

es gehört zu den Gepflogenheiten in OpenStreetMap, sich auf Probleme bei der Datenerfassung gegenseitig hinzuweisen.
Insbesondere gehören persönliche Einschätzungen über das Umfeld, wie die Häufigkeit des Abschleppens, nicht an OSM-Objekte.
Auch hast du nachweislich richtige Tags entfernt.
Ich kann auch im Text von kartonage keine Beleidigungen erkennen, wohl aber bei dir. Bitte bleib sachlich.

For way/119159553, your script updated the website to https, but ignored the fact that the hotel has a different operator since 2018, and the Kempinski website redirects to a generic one. Thus, your script did not improve the OSM data quality, it masked that the URL was outdated. As usual with mechanical edits.
