In de wandeltocht Kamerik - Langs de Grecht Rondje vanuit Kamerik ontbreekt een pad. Het pad tussen Kanis en de Grecht (van Kanis naar het westen dus) bestaat niet of niet meer. Anderhalve km noordelijker is de Houtkade. Die gaat voor wandelaars wel naar de Grecht.
