South Street bike/ped underpass opened a few weeks ago. No aerial images even show construction (underpass proper or nearby commercial and residential), never mind finished underpass (most recent from Jan. 2016?).

There's a new bike path being constructed that goes runs along Hwy 36. It's not on the satellite imagery, and it won't be open til 2016, but it can be mapped.
