164th between NE 6th St and NE 8th St does have a wide northbound shoulder but no bike lane markings.

Adjustments to Bike Lanes along Northup Way between W Lake Samm and 170th Pl. City of Bellevue Bike Network map only notes an uphill lane but there seems to be some markings so I'll assume the CoB map is out of date.

164 between Northup Way and Interlake High School is marked as having Shoulders in the City of Bellevue Bike Network.

Neither 164th NE and NE 30th have bike lane markings. One should is clearly wide enough to have them, south and west bound respectively, but the other should is clearly marked as parking. The city of bellevue bike networks marks them as having shoulders
