Removed "Lake to Lake" name on the spur to Robinswood Park as it's not included in official Bellevue Maps as such. They weren't in the Lake to Lake relations either. Ensured the whole spur to Bellevue College is correctly marked as a cycle & foot path.

Adjustment of path, which are best on foot which are suitable for bikes in Bellevue airfield park and a few sidewalks/crossings in the area.
