It is ILLEGAL to cycle on pavements. Cyclists must use the wide on-carriageway lane for this stretch. Presumably the intention was to widen the pavement to permit shared use - though that is no longer considered acceptable in the design standard.

There are NO PEDESTRIAN signals at these crossings so it is incorrect to tag them as "crossing WITH PEDESTRIAN signals". While there are vehicle signals approaching the junction, these take no account of pedestrians - so vehicles can pass at all times.
