"Duplicate"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Not sure what the connectivity here is

I’m not sure that I got this completely right, but I drove through this new section of highway today and using maps.me and it was way off. This is much closer to reality.

These highway=pedestrian ways should probably be footways. The width of the space is narrow, maybe 2 meters, with sporadic steps making it unsuitable for even rare vehicles. I was able to survey only about half of the ways and am reluctant to break the existing network by retagging only a part of them.

An asphalt road has been build.

The Lakitira Resort and Village had been owned by the Greek Lakitira Group which was aquired by the Atlantica Group in 2018 in a tender offer. The "Lakitira Resort & Village" has been renamed into "Atlantica Beach Resort".

(The Hotel Lakitira Suites next to the Lakitira Resort & Village was merged into the Atlantica Beach Resort as well).

The Helona Resort was previously owned by the Greek Lakitira Group. This group had been bought by the Atlantica Group in 2018. The Hotel Name Helona Resort was ceased and rebranded as "Atlantica Belvedere".

This path does not exist. The property is surrounded by a wall.
