Completed road named Vaarantie based on GPS coordinates I recorded earlier today.

Added missing segment of of road named Kieringintie in Sodankylä, Finland. The segment is based on GPS coordinates recorded while driving the road. (At this point I couldn't figure out how to join segments into one road, so it should be done later.)

Added some road names that I know (because I've lived there for years), and split a road that's actually two different roads.
