In my opinion "Konrad-Zuse-Straße" shouldn't be declared highway=footway but instead highway=pedestrian as this is a for pedestrians designated street which even has an own name instead of being some kind of footpath near a street.

Split "Wehr Schweinfurt" in two parts. The back part of it is "Betriebsgelände der Wasser- und Schifffahrtsverwaltung des Bundes" and access is prohibited.

Clarifying data

Set the streets inside "ZF Friedrichshafen" which were still marked as accessible to all to "private", as it is the case for the others.

Updated "Finkenweg" and "Badergasse" to alley without motorized access because it better describes them.

Entry is blocked with a non-permanent fence. Is there since two weeks. Certainly not accessible for public, I will keep an eye on it but it is certainly enough to add an access-feature.

This sidestreet has the name "Stollbergstraße", the former name "Weisachweg" just applies to the path North of it.
