This changeset messed up the ordering / routing of KMB 282 (relation/3190352). iD is really weak in dealing with bus routes so care must be taken.

This change messed up Tai Chung Road northbound (ways 494746041 and 1071279411). I fixed it in changeset/145702016.

This change partially fixes the mess up in changeset/145294159
