Adding the roundabout. Fixing new park limits, residencial zone limits and restructuring the roads connecting to roundabout.

Adding a small garden with a monument (I believe to war soldiers, but no sure). The wall isn't really a wall, is a small barrier (20cm high) around the garden; please correct it, if another tag should be used.

Editing footbal field. Setting pitch area, stands, parking lot, access paths and small storage unit of the pitch. Regarding this last one, I setted as storage even tho I think this tag is meant for big storage units. I would like to be reviewed on that.

Adding "Praça das Capelas" to OSM, small objects as trees, benches and posts are hard to see on satellite due to lack of focus, but I did my best with the help of unupdated Street View.
