The roads have tags naming this place a military range but i think it is a military base. I am not sure.
If it is a range then the area i made for it should change tag. Otherwise the roads should be corrected.

Judging from the documentation and my local knowledge of this place this is not a pedestrian street. This is just a sidewalk like any other.
I would like someone else to ensure me that my line of thinking is correct before i make any changes.
