there was 1 bld feature representing 2 bldgs and so i fixed the bld features. Minor road modifications

changed the road from stepts which it wasn't to abandoned:highway=unclassified cause cars do not ever access the road and weeds are gowning on it making it undrivable. Also highway=path as you can access by foot

added new buildings. Merged two bld features that refered to the same building
