The HOT task instructions only call for buildings to be accurately traced. it is dangerous to tag something as a hospital if it isn't since OSM is used by people to get help.

@BeineScufey Thank you for your additions to the Hawassa airport access. Please note that you traced the new road on top of existing lines, please connect to existing lines. Also please check the Africa Highway Tagging guide. This road is highway=tertiary since it does not connect two cities.

@Ptolemaeus_ Thanks for adding the lakes in Mountain Lakes. It looks like you traced Lake Harriette twice. Also if a feature dose not have a name there should be no name= tag. Thanks
