Wikipedia and Eurostat refer relation/345443 to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Aldea_de_San_Nicolás, so the "unique" naming in Open Street Map as "San Nicolás de Tolentino" causes mistakes. I did not check the national statistics. I suggest to rename as officially referred by other sources and add the OSM-naming as an alternate name!

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Mitrovica The city was officially part of Mitrovica, until its official separation in 2013.

As the Serbian government has stopped to publish statistics for the region and OSM has the data as Republic of Kosovo, it would be helpful to have the proper administrative boundaries.

With the merging of Val Colla into Lugano according to http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Val_Colla this area has been renamed Kommunanz Capriasca/Lugano:
