These are actually two separate buildings, very close together.

We may want to make Aviation into a POI instead of a building:part because there's a gym below it and several stories above it. I'm not sure the value of labeling it as a building:part.

Madbury Commons seems to be one apartment complex separated by two buildings. Perhaps we should mark the whole area as landuse=apartments. (I just fixed the southernmost building, changing from landuse=apartments to building=apartments)

These two buildings (between fire station and Featser Apartments) are under construction but seem close to done. Once they're open we can get closer and get the shapes correct, and also add one or two new walkways.
