This building has two addresses

Add new residential building. It has a nice cement path on the east side, but it has a gate so I think it's private. To the east of that, there's an alleyway that can be walked through but it's kind of dirty and you have to walk up some makeshift stairs.

Building was demolished and is now a construction zone, along with a parking lot which I marked "disused" because it still looks possibly usable later. Another parking lot expanded to take up part of the old building's footprint.

Delete UPS Store and H&R Block in Dover. Both uninhabited at the moment.

Construction seems to be done. We have ourselves a new building. Will leave note to trace it out from aerial images.

There were 2 Rite Aid locations on the map. One is no longer actually open. Each location had both a POI *and* a tagged building. I consolidated the tags from all four of these into the currently existing Rite Aid *building* and deleted the other 3 items.
