Mark this leg of the Dover Community Trail as an almost entirely "razed" railroad again. It was incorrectly changed to "abandoned". Also removed all rail tags from a crosswalk and path reshaping I made a bit ago, since the shape diverged so much.

Split "Slow Burn Lounge" (a cigar bar) out of "Federal Cigar" (a tobacco shop) in Portsmouth. They're affiliated and next door, but they have different opening hours, different functions, different names, separate front doors.
