merged several residential areas in preparation to properly map them, as seen in the 1 story houses on the west end of southfields (added in this changeset)

Added all the details in the area between Sretham Way, Broadlands Avenue, Beaufort Drive and Breckley Drive. Addresses, levels, gardens, fences, sheds, trees, streetlights, hedges, driveways.

squared lots of buildings in st helena, and connected a footpath. It does seem that most of the buildings are in fact not correctly mapped, so will need to be re-done
