Added disused tag in hopes that for navigation apps that this trail, while there still, is not rendered as it is closed.

Path no longer exists, one could argue the small section near the turn on the trail does, but it is overgrown within 10 feet

Added lookout spot we had marked from location. Adjusted boardwalk to match satellite data but second end of it needs surveying.
