The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

These buildings have been torn down and a carwash put in place here. It's not in the imagery yet, but I'll try and get some street level imagery to confirm more precise location before deleting buildings.
