Do the 2 power lines here have the wrong voltage tagged on them and the voltage needs to get changed from 'voltage' = '240000' to 'voltage' = '230000' because 240 kv lines are in Alberta while Manitoba uses 230 kv.

I notice that going northbound on the Hutchinson River Parkway, the first 55 mph speed limit sign is not here and a 55 mph speed limit sign does not come up until after the Wilmot Road Overpass. Is there anything true about this that can be changed?

I notice that the substation got moved here and check Bing Imagery to see if the power lines going in 2 different directions is true or not and a need to change the voltages as needed.
