All these roads are now open.
Fenton: 4 lane divided, bike lanes, 40 mph.
Regency Village: 4 lane undivided (including all north of Lake; there's only a small median just south of Lake), 30 mph.
Lake is now paved west and southwest around the landuse=construction to an intersection with Vineland, with a one-way left turn roadway from Vineland northbound.

A gravel track (for construction access) connects the end of Chilton Drive to the BVW Boulevard extension. It goes more or less diagonally southeast across the corner of the green parcel.
