This exit is closed. You now exit (still on the left side) before the bridge and turn left at grade.

The Hillsville Bypass is complete. Presumably it now carries US 58; I have no idea what the old route is numbered east of the US 221 split.

There's now a bike lane eastbound all the way to Universal Boulevard (in addition to the sidepath).

It's my understanding that the Ridge Route is currently closed to motor vehicles.

The part of Orange northeast of Orlando/Harmon is no longer SR 527 (signs have been removed).
