Destination Parkway is complete here, with a light at John Young. Futures has access only to and from westbound Destination.

The bike path is now open. I didn't see exactly where the west end is, but it's probably at the first median break west of this note (there's no new bridge over the water to the west). It runs south of the eastbound frontage road on this part of the causeway, and crosses the ship channel in a straight line, not right next to SR 60. After the one-way frontage road ends, the path is right next to SR 60, and crosses driveways at-grade. Then it swings out next to the Bayport Drive exit (this part is already mapped as open).

There's definitely no toll on SR 267 east of I-495.

These walkways/roads are not named "Parade Route".

This landuse=construction is now landuse=residential. The name is simply Parkside (Kerina at Parkside should be moved to old_name=*). It should also be tagged is_in=Buena Vista Woods (per the HOA name: Parkside at Buena Vista Woods Homeowners' Association).
