US 52 is no longer on Sagamore north of Teal. SR 25 and SR 26 are no longer signed between I-65 and US 231 (per Wikipedia) - not sure if SR 25 is signed on the overlaps. SR 526 is gone. ref tags need to be fixed on both old and new alignments; use the relations in JOSM.

350 South/475 East is probably at least secondary.
