The result using the *;*-separator is that
Tu,We,Th 14:30-15:30
is overruling the opening times mentionend before of the same days, in this case in the morning of Tu,We,Th (08:45-13:00).
Result:
Mo 08:45-13:00
Fr 09:00-13:00
Tu,We,Th 14:30-15:30 only

If you use *,* instead the morning and the afternoon opening hours are additionally both considered as open.
Result:
Mo-Th 08:45-13:00
Fr 09:00-13:00
Tu,We,Th 14:30-15:30

The *;* before Fr 09:00-13:00 does not have any effect, because the Fr-opening hours can not overrule anything before the *;*

I hope you better understand the difference between the *,*- and the *;*-separator.

taggst, bedeutet dies, dass an Montagen, die Feiertage sind (Ostermontag, Pfingstmontag) der Laden geschlossen ist. Wenn er aber an PH immer offen istm, dann das ";Mo off" einfach weglassen

schau mal bitte nach den 2 Punkten (diesen hier und den im Änd.-Satz 116382484), die von Dir vermutlich versehentlich mit dem tag "60=30" versehen wurden.

Wenn "high" Höhe der Tafel über dem Meeresspiegel bedeuten soll, dann bitte "ele" (Elevation) verwenden. Ansonsten gäbe es nur "height", aber das wird idR für Gebäudehöhen verwendet.

I used your Overpass and then opened the area using the filter funcion in JOSM to identify and complete my corrections. I hope I've got them all.
In my first run, following the link mentioned in source, I sustituted "Highway" by "highway" but didn't note the misspelled Value. Regards Peter Nordpfeil
