Several questionable neighborhood boundaries have been added (such as way/693152958 , which doesn't match how I personally would define the Gaslamp Quarter at all) recently. If there is no universally-agreed-upon definition for a neighborhood, it's better to leave it as a node, which is how all of the neighborhoods in SD have been mapped.
