The tag "maxspeed:type=GB:zone30" is not valid. Please see the wiki page for valid tags: maxspeed:type=*#United_Kingdom

It looks like these speed limits might be in km/h. If so, did you convert them to mph, and why?

157462400 about 1 year ago

Incorrect how? This was changed to 40 recently. I drove the road myself

I didn't think to look at the shop name when visiting today, but they definitely have a sizable selection of both books and music here.

The prohibition of these users is already implied with the tag "highway=motorway"

157598873 about 1 year ago

Only where there could be confusion around whether the road is oneway or twoway, for example here way/354333344#map=19/50.925942/-1.438152

Hi. Please don't tag every single road with a "oneway=no" tag, as this is unnecessary with the tag already implied. Furthermore, speed limits on public roads do not extend to private driveways, so please do not mark driveways with "maxspeed=30 mph" or "maxspeed=60 mph"

No, also books

Just FYI, the correct tag is "maxspeed:type=sign", not "maxspeed:type=GB:sign"

I understand you used StreetComplete, but to gain a better understanding of the tags that are applied when selecting different options in the app, the wiki page explains all tags and their accompaniments.

157203381 about 1 year ago

That is not the case. Please look at the wiki page to see where to use "maxspeed:type=" tags

157203381 about 1 year ago

That must be another case you answered then, as that's different. If you saw a 30 repeater sign then the road must be unlit. If not, then there should be no repeater signs, as per the wiki page.

157203381 about 1 year ago

Yes, and the app applies tags based on what you answer. You must have answered that this is a zone speed limit of 30mph - that does not exist in the UK, only 20 zones and 40 zones do (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:UK_traffic_sign_674.svg)

Please see how to correctly tag speed limit types: maxspeed:type=*#United_Kingdom

Please remember to change the maxspeed:type tag when changing the maxspeed tag

150393769 about 1 year ago

The tagging of highways here was a mess, as links at junctions in the UK are mainly the status of the lower class road, except for slip roads. If you feel some of these should be secondary or tertiary links please change, I only saw this briefly as I was making other unrelated edits. and had to fix it.

150393769 about 1 year ago

If you wish to alter the names, go ahead. I tied up the road classification based upon the status of the roads they connect to/from (the tertiary and secondary). Note that tertiary roads do not have to follow a C-route also.

Are you sure way/165220698/ has a speed limit of 39mph?
