Court or Drive? Street says drive, buildings say court.

This probably isn't actually a park. But what is it?

I think the dog off-leash area is much larger than currently mapped. It seems like every time I walk through the park I end up inside it somehow and spend ~10 minutes trying to find my way back out. It includes at the least much of Spring Road.

From the imagery, this area looks like an old landfill or something. Is it?
