Steubenstraße 19, Stadtbücher Neu-Ulm

Hier habe ich ein Frage: Gab es Diskussion über die Höherstufung dieser Straße?
Es ist ja richtig, dass das wie eine Autobahn aussieht.
Jedoch gibt es jetzt einen Rangabstieg wenn man von Europastraße <-> B30 fährt.
Was spräche dagegen, wenn die Höherstufung ab Autobahndreieck Neu-Ulm nach Süden erfolgte?

K 7527 von Schemmerberg nach Baltringen wird ab 10. Aug.2020 für ca 14 Monate für Bauarbeiten gesperrt.
