According to the Royal Mail website, the street name for Auckland Court is Auckland Road and not Auckland Court as it is currently tagged.

I've delivered items here and they usually list both.
eg: X Auckland Court, Auckland Road

Might be better to tag them as flats?

I don't know how to edit this but the points where this service road meets the main road need to have turn guidance of some description? (so that they are ignored).

It might just be OSMand, but if you are traveling south along this road you get a "turn left" instruction just before a left turn into Lawrence Weaver Road, and if your travelling north, you get turn right, again just before a right turn into Lawrence Weaver Road. Ideally there should be no instructions with regard to passing this service road.
