Converted the "hedge"s to shrubbery, fixed up a couple of intersections, added kerbs on the sides of NH27 (Near Teesta Bridge, Jalpaiguri end). Also fixed up embankment tags b/w RQJ-HDB Line.

Added rumble strips, upgraded Jalpaiguri Helipad from a node to a closed way/"area", added JGEC (node for now) with basic informations and fixed what seems to be a track/land-access road at the Maynaguri end of the Teesta Bridge.
