Speedcamera update

Fixed (a little bit) the street to be more in the middle as it was strange to see myself on the other side of the tramrailways when I was driving a car using OSMAnd.

Fixed and added some paths as I saw that live during walk with a dog.

Added path + corrected trace of other.
