Work on Lyndale Ave and eastbound I-94 exit in downtown Minneapolis.

Fixed layering issue for bridges involved with the I-94 and I-394 interchange. Also deleted tag "name=Carpool lane" for lanes that I foolishly tagged as so earlier/
