relation/11879216 seems kind of low-quality: this isn't totally industrial, the boundaries don't seem to match the actual legal boundaries of the Port, and it's just an messy imported area that doesn't align with anything in OSM. I'm seriously tempted to just delete it unless someone objects.

There is no bus station here. What is this actually? According to their website the Oakland bus stop is at 4000 Alameda, which would be somewhere near the Home Depot on the other side of the freeway.

Cars are allowed, but not pedestrians? Seems strange.

this shop poi here is for the dropoff area of goodwill: node/5583696550 but its tagged as if its a stand alone store poi, perhaps there is a better tag to use to classify this? and or add it as a relation to the main goodwill store poi in the adjacent building? Open to ideas on it.
