Corrected the classification for the secondary link and tertiary links at King Kwai Road to Kwai Tsing Road to primary_link.

Corrected a small primary link to residential to be consistent with the rest of the road it is connected to.

Updated lane tags for a couple links at Route 9 Exit 17

Corrected another relation on a link at Route 4 Exit 17.

Deep Bay Link was unecessarily split at the link for Route 9 Exit 17, so I merged the unique tags and relations, and removed the split.

Upgraded a couple links to motorway_link, since these ways are servicing the nearby Route 4 motorway.

Reclassified a short motorway link on Route 4 at exit 6C, since it isn't transitioning to another route.

Downgraded a portion of Penny's Bay Highway which leads to the roundabout from motorway_link to secondary. I left the motorway_links which lead to the actual Route 8 however.

Corrected a couple links leading to and from Route 3 and Ching Cheung Road to be more consistent with the motorway it is connected to.

Correcting the classifications for the links at the junction between Route 5 and Kwai Tsing Road, as these links are servicing the motorway here.

Changed the classification for a small secondary way on Morrison Hill Road to secondary_link

Corrected a few residential ways and buildings so they are not crossing over each other.

Downgraded the trunk classifications down to primary and primary link on Chatham Road North, since this is a frontage road sharing the same name, and not a different route.

Updated a short trunk link to primary link, since it was not servicing any Trunk highways.

Correcting a tertiary to trunk link on Elegance Road

Downgraded a small way on Clear Water Bay Road because it was inconsistent with the rest of the tertiary.
